Home again

Since returning home from travelling I've found myself really busy. I surprised both my friends and family by coming home earlier than I'd said and for the past couple of weeks I've been catching up with people I've missed. Coming home so close to christmas also meant that I've been kept busy, both christmas shopping for others, and of course myself, and seeing family whilst simultaneously eating until I almost explode. 

Christmas this year was a pretty quiet one, and I spent most of it with my family and my boyfriend. The food was great, the company was great and I got some really lovely presents. I'm sure a lot of them will be featured in upcoming blog posts! Some of my favourite presents were my comme de garçons bag, windsor smith "chunk" shoes, and my vintage black fur coat.

Alongside christmas presents, I also got some really nice things recently both in the sales, online and in charity shops. I'm an absolute sucker for anything that's a bargain and I pride myself on being able to find things at half the price everyone else buys them for. I think the best buy I made recently was a baby pink pair of adidas superstar 2's, which I found for an absolute steal at £6.50 including postage on depop - an app I'm very fond of that is a little like eBay. 

I really love the superstars at the moment and I think they look great paired with a pair of tailored trousers and a baggy oversized cardigan or jumper.
